Revolve is a community united by our shared history as participants on the Charles and Lynn Schusterman Family Foundation’s REALITY Revolve Journey, our commitment to educational equity, and our aspiration to be powerful advocates for social change.

Revolve envisions an inclusive and joyful community of diverse leaders who are working together, through the lens of Jewish values, to build a more just society.

Revolve is a community that seeks to foster transformative experiences for REALITY Revolve community members as they grow and learn together in their unique pursuits of Tikkun Olam.

Anchored in our values, we stand for…

  • Inclusive Judaism. We embrace spirituality, openness, and ritual as core to our community. We model the big tent we want Judaism to be in the world. We acknowledge that while we are grounded in Jewish values, Revolve must be a welcoming place for all.
  • Lifelong Learning. We model the change we want to see within systems by focusing on our own personal change. While growth can be challenging, we know that it is essential to individual and institutional innovation. We are committed to learning from and with each other.
  • Social Justice. We seek to understand and dismantle the institutional forces that stand in the way of justice. We strive to be courageous and curious co-conspirators, building coalitions of change-agents to bring equity and healing to the communities in which we live and work. We believe that repairing the world, Tikkun Olam, is our shared responsibility.
  • A Spirit of Reciprocity. We are all co-creators of this community. We embody the care and generosity we want to normalize in society by supporting our fellow community members. We are active agents in building the structures within our community that allow us to both give and receive wisdom and encouragement.

We are the grateful recipients of funding from the Schusterman Family Foundation, and proud to be a designated fund of the Tulsa Community Foundation.
