October 20-22, 2017
We have so many dimensions of wellness: physical, mental, and spiritual; it can be difficult maintaining each aspect in your everyday life. Through experiential wellness programming, reflection, and relaxation, you will get to explore new forms of wellness in the background of bucolic Vermont.
Take time to reflect on your own facets of personal wellness and explore how Jewish values can help support them.
Catalyst: Wellness will be a medium-sized gathering (30-40 people).
WHO SHOULD APPLY
Ideal participants are those who are passionate about an aspect of wellness and/or have a wellness need they want time and space to work on. Additionally, participants should be excited about creating and maintaining a supportive community both during and following the gathering. We seek to create a gathering with diverse participants in terms of age, background, trip year, and geography.
