Catalyst: Wellness
October 20-22, 2017
Stowe, Vermont
About
We have so many dimensions of wellness: physical, mental, and spiritual; it can be difficult maintaining each aspect in your everyday life. Through experiential wellness programming, reflection, and relaxation, you will get to explore new forms of wellness in the background of bucolic Vermont.
Take time to reflect on your own facets of personal wellness and explore how Jewish values can help support them.
Catalyst: Wellness will be a medium-sized gathering (30-40 people).
